I'm Laura Moavero, a Mindfulness Coach specialising in Speech/Drama, Communications training, and Mindfulness practices for children. With a career spanning 27 years, I've been fueled by a profound passion for unlocking the superpower within every person I work with. As a certified Conscious Parenting and Life Coach Practitioner through Dr Shefali Tsabary’s Coaching Institute, my mission is to empower both adults and children by teaching resilience, enhancing social and emotional skills, and improving communication abilities. Guided by the motto "We rise by lifting others," I am dedicated to creating a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.

Enriching Parents
Embarking on the exciting journey of enriching parents is my passion. Through one-on-one parent coaching and workshops, I awaken parents to the profound importance of connecting with their child. Conscious parenting is the path we explore, encouraging parents to look within, introspect, and embrace personal change. This transformative approach empowers them to raise conscious, thriving children.
Enriching Children
Each class takes part in one enrichment lesson weekly. Unlocking the Superpower Trio within each child: Mind, Body, and Spirit. Through holistic enrichment, I empower children by teaching brain breaks, relaxation exercises for calmness, body strengthening for core strength, and captivating stories that nurture their emotional well-being. Together, we navigate issues, work through emotional challenges, and foster self-regulation. In addition, I offer Speech and Drama lessons through Tiddlers and Toddlers, empowering your Kid to Communicate. This incredible educational tool is a vehicle used to develop social skills in our children. Drama encourages our children to experience imaginative play, music, movement, and word play.
Enriching Teachers
The Enriching Teachers Program is a valuable guide, sharing amazing exercises and activities that have proven successful in the classroom. This program serves as a helpful tool for teachers seeking a calm and positive classroom environment. Through mindful practices and coaching, teachers discover effective ways to develop an optimistic atmosphere, leading to an enriched learning experience for all.

Playball
Using sport as the means, we provide children with a sound base from which to develop every aspect of their lives.
The aim of Playball is to introduce young children to constructive and enjoyable sport participation through various age-appropriate programs. All of the programs have a "multi-activity" approach, ensuring a competent foundation in all the popular sports played at school.

Kindermusik
Research tells us when multiple senses are stimulated at once, the better we learn. That’s exactly what Kindermusik’s Music Programs for Schools Kits provide—engaging music and movement lessons for ages 0-6. We use visual, auditory, and kinesthetic elements to fuse joy with important milestones. In a nutshell, it’s consistent multi-sensory learning made easy and fun.
Little Lab Coats
Come and experience the Little Lab Coats Natural Science Program where science gets a new look!
During our lessons, Molly, Marius and each participating Little Lab Coat will be exploring deserts, forests, fold mountains, caverns and even oceans together. They will run with rhinos and giraffes, hop around with frogs and learn how fossils were formed as they discover these. Food chains, dinosaurs, volcanoes and natural disasters are taken apart and examined; we will understand the crucial significance of something as tiny as DNA and study blood groups, bacteria and astonishing chemical reactions. The mice even built their own rocket one day, and we used it to visit not only the Moon but Mars, as well!
During our science adventures, Molly and Marius like to sing about the interesting principles they are working on, and they regularly visit the Periodic Castle of Elements, where participants are introduced to chemistry and the building blocks of all natural matter.
